Chemical peels target a myriad of skin concerns, including acne, fine lines, superficial scars, and dark spots, and have a wealth of glow-boosting and radiance-giving benefits.

What does a chemical peel involve?

Clinicare superficial peels, also known as lunchtime peels, have next to no downtime! They contain a mixture of acids to remove the upper layer of the epidermis, encouraging regeneration and rejuvenation of new skin cells. Peel, Nourish, Restore & Protect!

Short Treatment Summary

Skin analysis, double cleanse, enzyme peel, skin disinfectant, chosen and custom-mixed chemical peel, EGF skin booster, LED Light therapy, hydrating sheet mask, serum/SPF application & 2-3 days of take-home aftercare product First, we will begin with a full skin analysis, ensuring we determine a bespoke treatment plan to suit your skin type, skin concerns, and medical history, to achieve the best possible results. Next, your skin will be double-cleansed, using a concentrated botanical cleansing foam absolutely packed full of moisturising and collagen-boosting ingredients to remove dirt, excess sebum, and cosmetics residue. A painless enzyme peel will be applied to the skin to gently remove any dead cells and leave it silky smooth, and soft. A hydrating Hyaluronic Acid toner with up to 30% active ingredients will be used to remove any residue, to prepare your skin for the next step of removing any grease and oil using Clinisept Skin disinfectant. This will ensure optimum penetration and effect of the treatment. Next up is the chemical peel, custom-mixed to your requirements, which will be applied to the surface of your skin for up to 7 minutes to treat the epidermis and/or dermis. The depth can range from superficial to deep, although several light-depth peels can often achieve similar results to one deeper-level peel, with less risk and minimal downtime. We will choose from one of three ranges: PURE – targets troubled and/or sensitive skin prone to blemishes and acne-like concerns. This beautifully soothing treatment will help relieve inflammatory conditions, promote healthy skin regeneration, and improve skin texture. GLOW – targets problems with hyperpigmentation, age spots, sun damage and a dull, tired complexion. Your skin will be left smoother, brighter, and more even in tone with a radiant complexion. REFRESH—this treatment is amazing when the skin needs hydration. It targets fine lines, wrinkles, and skin rejuvenation by renewing and stimulating collagen synthesis. The anti-ageing formula will stimulate collagen and restore radiance. Following the peel, the skin will be neutralised, and a mesotherapy-like skin-stimulating AHA & EGF booster will be used to encourage skin rejuvenation and help the skin to heal. To aid your skin in reducing any redness or irritation following the treatments above, we will add a nourishing epidermal growth factor sheet mask tailored to your skin concerns. Available in 3 targeted ranges (GLOW, PURE AND REFRESH) with up to 20% active ingredients, the mask will replenish moisture and encourage a dewy, radiant complexion. Next, discover the secret behind celebrities’ flawless skin with literally the coolest skincare tool around. Enjoy the cooling sensation of a gentle ice globe massage to invigorate your facial muscles, improve skin elasticity, revitalise your skin tone and really push in those active ingredients from the sheet mask to penetrate deep into the skin. Your skin will then be treated with LED Light Therapy—known as the ‘happy light—chosen specifically to target your skin concerns, which will help boost collagen and skin rejuvenation to promote the most optimal results. Finally, SPF will be applied to your skin to protect. This incredible rejuvenating treatment will be followed up with a 2-day aftercare pack tailored according to your skin analysis and all highly recommended to care for your skin following the treatment.
