Shipping Timeframes
We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days.
Most items are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
We use a variety of delivery methods depending on the product, and delivery times may vary based on the shipping provider. While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, there may be rare instances where delivery takes a little longer.
UK Standard Delivery

Delivery Cost: £4.99 for all UK orders under £75, regardless of size or weight.

Free Delivery: Orders over £75 qualify for free UK delivery.

Dispatch Time: We dispatch most orders (over 90%) on the same working day or the next working day. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.)

Delivery Partners: Orders are usually delivered via Royal Mail or alternative couriers, with most deliveries arriving within 2-5 business days.
For certain areas of the UK (such as Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands), delivery may incur additional charges and take longer to arrive.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost during transit, we will endeavour to replace your order within 21 days.
Missed Deliveries
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept your delivery. If a delivery attempt is missed, you will need to contact the courier directly to arrange re-delivery. Icon Inspire is not responsible for re-delivery arrangements.

Returns & Refunds
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Event, Course, or Service Cancellations
If an event, course, or service is canceled for any reason, you will have the opportunity to rebook for another date of equal value. Refunds are not available for these purchases—only a change of date will be offered.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.

A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over £20, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
